The regions we work most

Raleigh–Durham Triangle. Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest and Apex.

Charlotte Metro. Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia and Huntersville.

Piedmont Triad. Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point.

Eastern NC. Fayetteville, Wilmington, Greenville and Jacksonville.

Western NC. Asheville and Hickory.

If your town is not on the list

Do not read that list as a boundary. Those are just the cities we have written guides for. We buy in small towns and rural counties too, and if you are outside our usual areas the honest answer is simple: send us the address and we will tell you quickly, one way or the other.

Occasionally a very remote property is too far for us to evaluate well. If that is yours, we will say so on the first call rather than leaving you waiting on an offer that is never coming.
