Disclaimer

1. We Are Not a Real Estate Agent

Address2Cash LLC is a private cash home buyer. We are not a licensed real estate agent, broker, appraiser, or attorney. When we make an offer, we are buying your house directly, not listing it for sale, marketing it to other buyers, or earning a commission.

If a traditional listing would serve you better, we will say so and recommend a North Carolina-licensed real estate agent.

2. Offers Are Estimates, Not Appraisals

Our cash offers are based on our internal evaluation of your property's market value, condition, and our acquisition criteria, not on a licensed appraisal. The numbers we share before signing a purchase agreement (over the phone, by email, or in casual conversation) are preliminary estimates only.

A binding offer is provided in writing on our standard purchase agreement. The terms that govern the sale, including the agreed price and the circumstances in which it can change, are the ones written in that agreement. Read it, and have your own attorney read it, before you sign.

3. No Guarantee to Buy

Submitting a form on our website does not obligate Address2Cash to make an offer or purchase your property. We evaluate each opportunity individually and may decline based on:

• Property location, type, or condition
• Title issues, liens, or legal encumbrances
• Information provided that materially differs from on-site inspection
• Other business considerations

4. Information on This Website Is General

Articles, situation guides, city pages, FAQs, and blog posts on address2cash.com are for general informational purposes. They are not:

• Legal advice. Foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, probate, and tax issues require a licensed attorney or CPA.
• Financial advice. Decisions about mortgage modification, debt management, or investment require a financial professional.
• Real estate advice. Listing, pricing, and transaction strategy require a licensed broker or agent.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but laws, market conditions, and tax rates change. Always verify current information with a qualified licensed professional before acting on it.

5. NC Foreclosure Timeline Disclaimer

Our foreclosure guides describe typical North Carolina non-judicial foreclosure timelines under N.C.G.S. Chapter 45 as of the publication date. Your specific timeline may vary based on your servicer, court schedules, recent legislation, and your individual circumstances. If you are facing foreclosure, contact a North Carolina foreclosure attorney or a HUD-approved housing counselor immediately for advice specific to your situation.

6. Market Statistics

Median home prices, days-on-market, property tax rates, and other statistics on this website are based on publicly available data from sources we believe to be reliable (e.g., MLS aggregators, county tax records, US Census). They are estimates for informational purposes and do not reflect any specific property's value.

7. No Endorsement of Linked Sites

Our website may link to government sites (NC court system, CFPB, HUD), competitor websites, or third-party tools (Google Maps, etc.). We are not responsible for content or practices of external sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Past Performance

Mentions of typical close timelines (14–30 days), past purchase examples, or testimonials reflect specific situations. Your transaction may close faster or slower depending on title clearance, lender payoffs, your timeline preferences, and other factors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Equal Housing Opportunity

Address2Cash conducts business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
