The typical Address2Cash closing is 14 to 30 days from contract to check in hand. If you need it faster, 14 days is what we can do at the fast end. If you need it slower, 90 or more days is fine too.

You pick the closing date. We work around your timeline, not the other way around. Nobody here is going to push you to close before you have somewhere to go.

When speed really matters

Some situations are on a clock: a foreclosure sale date, PCS orders with a report date, a job that starts in another state next month.
